In the era of rapid development of intelligent technology, the children's digital publishing industry is facing a disruptive change, and this change may be realized through the reconstruction of the supply and demand chain. The value power of source content creation and the ability to gather users have been deconstructed. The increase in the amount of content requires platform institutions to have a more professional content operation system. The convenience of payment technology has greatly increased the digital content payment rate of users of children's digital products. A development model of the supply and demand chain of children's digital publishing with more innovative flexibility and enabling effects. © 2021 IEEE
