This study investigates the electrochemical sensing behavior of a gallium nitride-polyaniline-polypyrrole (GaN-PANI-PPy) hybrid composite towards mebendazole (MBZ). Followed by synthesis, the MBZ drug was detected by differential pulse voltammetry using GaN-PANI-PPy modified glassy carbon electrode as working electrode which shows linear responses towards the MBZ drug in the concentration range of 3 x 10- 7 -9 x 10-8 M with the sensitivity of 3.02 mu A/mu M cm-2. The detection limit (DL) and quantification limit (QL) were calculated to be 2.581 x 10-8 M mu A-1 and 8.973 x 10-8 M mu A-1 respectively with signal-to-noise ratios of 3. By observing the of reproducibility, long-term stability, and anti-interference ability, the prepared GaN-PANI-PPy electrode is considered to be suitable for the electrochemical sensing detection of MBZ in liquid samples such as anti-helthiminic drug milk.
