Abstract
The practices were carried out in three schools led by the presenter has produced excellent results. The job of a leader is to motivate people. Once the people are motivated, especially intrinsically motivated, the leader’s work is much easier. God principled approach were used in leading the schools. The duty of the leaders and teachers in educational institutions to ensure that the next generation understand the importance of positive thinking and are able to compete at international levels and also the important role of education in promoting racial harmony. The stress on excellence in all activities that were carried out in schools. High expectation communicated to teachers, staff and students. Everyone worked hard to achieve excellence – as there is no short to success. Everyone was reminded that as we sow, so shall we reap. The contributing factors were discussed from 5 perspectives: 1. Management and Leadership 2. Teaching and Learning 3. Students Development 4. Professional Development of Teachers & staff 5. Work Cultures & Monitoring
