    Abstract

    This article aims to elaborate the methodology of Fiqh Hadari that established by Dr Yusuf al-Qaradawi, its background, the theoretical development and its application. The study reveals that the methodology of Fiqh Hadari is an appropriate scientific approach for the purpose particularly in identifying the causes and main objectives of Islamic rulings.
