Abstract
The title molecule, C 10H 9NO, is almost planar with an r.m.s. deviation for all non-H atoms of 0.0115 Å. In the crystal, molecules are connected through N - H⋯O hydrogen bonds into chains running along [021]. The chains are further connected via C - H⋯π interactions, forming layers in the bc plane.
