Abstract

A previously healthy teenage girl presented with intermittent right-sided epistaxis and nasal obstruction for the past few months. No history of other recurrent nasal symptoms or trauma were obtained. She had no obstructive or constitutional symptoms. External nose examination revealed no deformity. Rigid nasoendoscopy revealed stony hard yellow-greyish mass with pus streaks Fig. 1. Rigid nasoendoscopy revealed stony hard yellow-greyish mass with pus streaks occupying right nasal cavity (Fig. 1) with normal left nasal cavity. Computed tomography of paranasal sinus revealed mucosal thickening with calcified mass in the right nasal cavity
